Tell your landlord that you wont pay rent for a house you cant live in especially when it seems like an easy fix. Pour drain cleaner or bleach down all your drains and then plug them up a while and then rinse. When i had fruit flies over the summer they were mostly coming from my kitchen so in there i opened a window and sprayed the full room with fly killer then shut my door and left it which helped majorly, sticky fly traps and that aswell will help for this now but hope you can get it sorted sooon!

With hold rent until the landlord sorts the problem with the drains and the fly problem. You aren’t able to use the facilities and the flies are a health and safety issue due to their poo 😮 some landlords are so scummy xx

they can evict you if you do this but you can pay for the work done yourself and and take the cost out of future rent !!
