Didi agar aap kisi medicine ko frequently use karoga tho your dody will get use to of that medicine and later on medicine will not give any effect on your pain so don't use medicines for every time in periods only use when pain is uncontrollable.. take care

Hi Pls aviod taking painkiller during periods bcs it is not good for your body. Instead of having painkillers you can eat carom seeds (ajwain) with warm water or you can eat carom seeds with jaggery.

It's not recommended to eat oily , spicy n heavy food in period as it causes bloating, acidity. Prefer eating light n take more liquids on period days will improve ur mood and health. Try eating iron rich food like green leafy vegetables n beetroot so that it replenishes the iron lost during bleed .Sugar Cravings can be controlled by drinking fluids or u can eat dark chocolate which is better than normal sweet dishes , sweet dishes cause insulin spike which even more Inc sugar cravings... Mild yoga can also improve blood circulation making u feel better . Hot pad or cold pad really is miracle
