Have you tried "getting calories in" without ice cream and banana? You should try it! Feels awesome and doesn't spike your blood glucose to the roof

Certainly doesn’t look anorexic at all. And surely unfair to use big words like that when judging an athlete going through this amount of training. Or any woman.
