It's hard to list everything, this is my years research. I would suggest start with googling 1. how many calories you need in a day 2. How many carbs/protein/fats you need in a day 3. Creating a meal plan to fit everything

Hello Rajat Shilpa, aap dono main weight loss ya fat loss ki jarurat Shilpa ko hai Rajat aap ko maintenance diet ki. Rajat aap jo multi vitamin and fish oil capsule milk shake ke sath le rahe hain woh aap apne lunch ya dinner meal ke sath lein because milk ya tea coffee ke sath koi bhi supplement lena waste hai humari body consume nahi kar pati, aap water ke sath kisi bhi meal ke sath lein. Rajatbhai, on the flipside, it is said that small meals 4-6 times a day will lead to insulin levels at work, the entire day. This may cause pre- diabetes stage! Just a food for thought from what i have heard. It is advisable for intermittent fasting. You can watch some videos of Dr. Pal manickam.

haha check your BMI first then start a plan like this. Also include meals that you like, so that you don't get bored. Remember my calorie requirement are different than yours.

Rajat Bhai aapki body fit hai aapko weight lose ki jarurat nahi hai and agar aapko sirf calories burn hi karni hai to woh to aap running karke bhi burn kar sakte ho na uske liye yeh gareebo jaise tol - tol kar khana khane ki jarurat kya hai. 😂 I know aap heavy workout nahi kar sakte because aapke wrist me pain hai but subah running to kar sakte ho na. Trust me agar aap 1/2 ghanta sirf hard running hi karte ho to aapko kisi bhi type ka diet plan follow karne ki jarurat hi nahi hai running se hamari calories super fast speed se burn hoti hain. Main agar apni baat karu to main to bhai sab kuch khata hoon dhoodh dahi ghee meri dailly dite ka part hai because meri wife chef hai so unke sare experiment mujh par hi hote hain. But still I am fit and my body is in good shape.
