I don't really count calories. My meals are pretty healthy since they are low in fat. I make sure I have about 2000 calories a day. I eat when I'm hungry. For snacks, I usually have fruit so no junk really.

@@pamtewes5276 yes, I do follow this fruits for breakfast and snacks, Vegies at lunch or smoothie with some Vegies and dinner some kind of cooked meal. I feel best eating this way. 😊

Actually he wasn't the first one I heard about celery juice from. There are many older people then Anthony William that have drank celery and other juices to cure cancer. Thank you. ❤️
