Running for 16 mins IS an accomplishment! Don't sell yourself short girl. And you've been doing it consistently so it's definitely showing up on your physique. You look toned and healthy!

I just realised what I love about you, you are just being you, calm and quiet and being true to yourself. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone or be a certain way in front of your audience... and you know that! You’re going through the ups and downs of life so gracefully. I appreciate that you’re not suddenly changing your looks or clothes or hair or whatever just to prove a point. You’re just being you, all the best xx

You and I are very similar! I tend to only make plant-based food at home but when I am out with friends or my partner, I am far more flexible. Balance is so crucial in life and this has worked for me. Happy to hear a bigger influencer talk about balance in such a healthy way.

I'm not super into what I eat in a day -videos but I have to say I'm so glad you felt like you could talk about your anxiety a bit! Personally I deal with depression and an ED and it always makes me feel better when youtubers who I look up to, such as you, talk about their own struggles. Makes it feel like we're all just human xx

Completely agree on what you said about exercise helping with anxiety! I had a big project during the first half of this year and I started exercising to deal with the stress and anxiety and it helped so much! As much as I hate exercising, it is such a great way to feel more balanced☺️

I did Couch to 5k last summer and it felt amazing. The first week I thought, “How the heck can I do this? One minute is wrecking me!” And then...I just kept going. And did it. BEST APP EVER. I, too, struggle with anxiety and while I do take medication, I also find that running/being active just feels necessary as well to calm my mind. That pent up tension just needs to come out. Also, just sticking to a routine is something that is hard for me to do with anxiety, so successfully doing something 3 days a week was a success on its own. And I just kept being so proud of myself every time I ran longer and longer. Keep it up, you’re doing great! The later weeks were intimidating but you’ll totally surprise yourself.

I love that you're talking about your anxiety and how exercise has been helping you. My partner and I both suffer with anxiety and we both get the physical symptoms (my skin feels like it's on fire at times). It's so important for everyone to be open and frank about mental health but also the positive lifestyle choices we can make to help concur/maintain our symptoms. xx

I'm really glad that you addressed the fact that there's a difference between being vegan and eating a plant based diet. I'm really intrigued by that couch to 5k that you mentioned. I used to run when I was a teenager but haven't in years and keep chickening out of starting because I know I'll be an out of breath mess in about a minute!

1. I LOVE your what I eat in a days (also in a week). 2. The anxiety struggle is so real and I always appreciate honesty when it comes to this. Just hearing about anxiety in others helps us not feel alone. Also, this app sounds great and I’m going to try it as well, so thanks! 3. Your hair looks so good in its natural state.

Definitely relate to your struggle with anxiety, have had it my entire life. I feel like being a little more active is helping, but it's an ongoing thing. I have a set routine for when I feel it coming on and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You just need to do what works for you. 💕

What you should try is an alternate to hummus which is made from just white beans, put a whole tin of the beans in a processor with 2 garlic cloves, salt and pepper, a sprig each of thyme and rosemary leaves, a tablespoon of cider vinegar and a table spoon of olive oil then blend it, but if it's too thick add a small amount of water. Honestly its so bloody nice and vegan!

The recipes you made look good, I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meat I primarily eat fish and then veg. I found that my body likes it more. I do make a few vegan recipes just to try and a lot of them are great. I exercise to enter myself, I'm also an anxious person but reading, writing, and exercise help keep me grounded and centred. I love feeling fit, I can do so much more and I sleep better. I like watching what I eat in a day or week, to be honest I just like watching your vlogs.

I feel totally in the same boat exercise wise. I hated the gym but recently I've been going 6 times a week and I miss it when I can't go. I really feel like it has a huge effect on my mental health, especially hormonally. I get really awful hormonal anxiety and since I've been exercising a lot (especially lifting weights) I feel like that has been much more under control. I also love having milestones for myself that have nothing to do with the size of my body or my weight, like being able to lift heavier after a few weeks or being able to do things I couldn't do before. Also yassss that Pret cookie is heavenly, I dream about it!

In a wonderful coincidence I queued this up to watch in the gym, on week three day three of the Couch to 5K app, and it made it so much easier to complete. Anxiety has kicked my butt this year too, and it felt reassuring to see you talking about such a similar situation; it sucks, and it always will, but I'm slowly learning that it can be managed, and I'm glad you are too xx

really like these types of videos, and *vegan high 5!*. I've been vegan for almost 3 years now, and I feel like being vegan in social situations, even with my closest friends, still feels like I'm confronting people when I eat with them. My closest friend is very cool with it, she was away when I made the transition, but she still makes these kind of "I don't understand your veganism" comments, it can lead to people making weird comments, so I don't blame you at all for not wanting to use the term vegan. I try not to let those bother me, I'm confident with my choices, but it does add to anxiety so if you are an anxious person around food already, adding to that the social dimension is understandably uncomfortable! you just be comfortable with your choices, that's the important thing :) oh, and if you have a blender I HIGHLY recommend making your own hummus, it's incredible! I made white bean hummus the other day, and good lord it was amazing!

I have lots of weight to lose but I am running obsessed. Love talking to anyone who will listen about running! I use pow virtual running and virtual running websites to keep me going - sign up for a virtual race (some of the money goes to charity) , complete the race, send in your evidence and they send your medal soon after. Hoorah for running!

Weglet S I only ever did one parkrun. The course is really boring where I am and Saturday morning is not a time I want to go running. Haha! I always do the local 10k race every August and then maybe one other race a year. I've done the Leeds 10k and half marathon, so hilly! Also did a triathlon a few years ago. I was going to do the yorkshire marathon in October but couldn't on the day as I couldn't sleep all week and wouldn't have made it. I did all the training though so still got lots out of it and glad I did.

I did it! Started to feel like I wasn't going to make it around the half way point but it ended up being so much better than I thought! I went so slow though 😂

Quick question about your pancake recipe. I’m American and we like our pancakes to fluffy and I noticed you didn’t use any baking soda or baking powder to make your pancakes rise. Did you do that bc those types of ingredients are things you’re trying not to eat or do you just prefer a thinner pancake? Just curios. By the way I have noticed that you seem to have lost a bit of weight and even looked more toned lately. It sounds like hat has come from a good and healthy place and I’m very happy for you. You’ve had an exceptionally rough time over the last year and I had worried it was from stress. It great to see you taking good care of yourself. You’re in my thoughts a lot and I hope you are doing well in the inside too. Kisses and hugs doll.

I always worry about watching videos like this because weight loss talk can be triggering. Hell, even talking about food or exercise in terms of morality (I was so bad last night-I ate chocolate) can be triggering. I appreciate that you discussed your food and exercise choices in terms of nourishing yourself and doing what feels good, rather than what makes you look good. I just want to say I appreciate that and think you’re great.

So after 2 years being a vegetarian, I decided to go vegan. It's my 6th day now and it's not too bad. I'm a little bit tired, but it was a busy week. I have eaten so much bread, I just felt so tired and needed carbs. I try to eat more oatmeal, but it doesn't really help. Which food is good to replace it? I don't mind eating some bread, but it's just kind of getting out of hand..
