You re so right!! It's so draining to cook 3 meals a day plus be there to give them snacks. I do the same as you said sometimes. Recently, i started doing this: cook several meals in the same time, full meals not sides. Meal prep didnt work for me. So ill put a meal instant pot, and another in the oven getting.roasted like chicken and veggies, and something else going on the stop like pasta and meatballs. I ll put them all in the fridge and it will last us for around 4 days.

You should check out kids.eat.in.color on Instagram! They’ve got post that help with kids who are picky, they’ve also helped me lmao (21 year old picky eater) Also I think she said in another video that she will make him something he likes or simplify the meal to his taste.
