For maintaining a good body and good looks, you need to sacrifice a ton of things and spend a shit ton of time excersising and eating a healthy diet. You gotta make sure your skin looks healthy. You seem to have no idea about the work that goes into memorizing lines and acting them out, and the work that goes on behind the scenes. It's easy for you to sit behind and scowl at someone successful, but try to understand that Bollywood requires a lot of hardwork, especially when it involves dealing with a whole ton of haters.
