Like you, I was also plant based but I never felt satiated. My body has felt better now that I’ve incorporated more animal products. I feel I have more energy. It’s important that we listen to our bodies.

Hi - Love your videos! It's so great to find out you're Canadian because I know that the ingredients you're using are accessible. I'm also in Toronto. may I ask where you get your sourdough? I noticed that you use it regularly and mentioned a few times that you pick it up from a local baker or farmers market. Would be great to know where to get a good fresh loaf that I can trust, because I'm not sure if the mass produced ones in our grocery stores are the cleanest.
