ok i feel like this healthy snack/dessert is totally up your alley, its half a banana mashed, 1/4 to 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 1 tbps of unsweetened cacao powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, and then add however much sweetener u want!! i normally use monkfruit sugar, but i sometimes use honey or maple syrup as well, it just depends how much sweetness u want. mix all of those and put on a small plate in the shape of a cookie, then microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds!! (i made this recipe a bit ago and i normally just eyeball it with the measurements lol but i think these are roughly around the same amount that i use. also, thanks for the amazing video today
