Mesmerizing! I couldn’t stop watching - it was so relaxing. You do more with a 2 burner cooktop than most us do with 4! I see pictures showing these large “cooks kitchens” that promise to make one a great cook. You show what can be done in a tiny kitchen with a little planning and creativity. Two things I particularly like in your kitchen are the cookware with a detachable handle, and the built in oven under the cooktop. I know these ovens are standard in Japanese kitchens but we don’t have them here in the U.S. They make so much sense when I see how you use yours.
Every time I see you have a new video up, my heart smiles. Watching how you carefully and purposely do every activity with such love and respect for the items and yourself, reminds me to slow down and enjoy life. Thank you for creating such beautiful videos for us. Sending love from Canada. ❤🇨🇦 Edit: Also, the food you make looks amazing! You always make me so hungry. 😋
I set my alarm for 7am EST every Saturday. I find your videos delightful & very calming in my stressed out life. Thank you, Nami. 🥰

This was 35 minutes?! I didn't even notice, just went by in a flash! Thanks to you I try to put more different seasonings in food aside from regular European populars. Yesterday I made tempura chips from leftover dough, just dropped it into the oil and it was delicious! Do you do that sometimes too? I wish we had lotus root here, I've never had it and everyone seems to love it. So you need to eat well for all of us who can only live vicariously through you 😉😉😉 The best wishes for the next week! See you next Sunday Nami ❤️😘

Pumpkin chips looked yummie. So did every food You made. That red carrot like veggie is called radish in Hungary! It is nice to see You have this one in Japan too. We barely have the white one. There is a type also red, which is small and rounded slightly sweet that is spring radish. I like this red one for the stronger and fresh taste raw in salad or just with a eggs and ham and a some toast with butter.

Lettuce like that you’re using is easy to grow, the seeds can be planted in a put that you can keep inside or out once it’s warm enough. Then you just take off leaves as you need them. It’s pretty easy to put a few different types in a single pot too 😄🌸🌸🌸
