I really like these videos. Because they just show a simple healthy and realistic daily routine. Also the way she is not cutting out on carbs or eating to little . Anna after working out with you I feel great in my body and in my mind, you changed a lot in me...I stopped restricting and started having foods that I want in balance and I feel so happy for that because there was a time when I used to hate my body, eat less and end up eating a lot now this loop has ended and I feel great ❤ love you gurl❤

What I noticed, Anna, is that you eat a lot of vegetables throughout your day even for breakfast! I have a really sweet tooth so I prefer sweet things in the morning but as the day goes by I prefer salty things! It helps a lot when you are not in a rush in the morning. I have to wake up at 6 AM everyday to rush to work so overnight oats or meal prepped ready breakfasts are a great help to me. I am definitely in my "Anna" phase right now, where it's a habit to watch Anna's vlogs every weekend in order to start the week on a happy note ❤ Thank you so much for these peaceful and realistic, positive vibes vlogs! I am so grateful ❤

I take loads of supplements including these that you take plus others. I won’t list them there are many. Plus I take a multi-vitamin/mineral. I can’t stand ketchup! I love Dijon! xxx p.s. I cannot deal with long nails so I have short, clean, natural nails; but I do apply coconut oil to hands and nails all the time. And, like you, I love Brussels Sprouts. Hey Anna, hoping you see this with the other 170 comments on here. I am a teenage girl in high school right now who struggles with body image and eating. I have the mentality you mentioned in one of your videos that if I eat something, I have to essentially burn it off later and I can't break out of it. I have dropped from 120 pounds to under 100 the past few months (really only like 2 or 3) and I have not seen my period in over a year, almost a year and a half. I'm really worried about this but I hate seeing doctors and keep thinking that it will just come back, and in your videos you mention balance, but this is so hard for me to obtain with school and literally being scared of snacking because I feel like it will make me fat. I can't let myself enjoy anything anymore and watching how big but balanced your meals are helps, but I know I can't obtain this level of balance as a teenager as my parents and restaurants are the chefs. Do you have any tips for me? This is the first comment I have left on your channel after watching you for a few months. I do a lot of your workouts as well, but again like mentioned I feel like it's "never enough".

I'm not Anna, but almost exactly like you... Busy highschooler, who has restricted for so long, under 100 lbs... Why did I stop? I went to a cardiologist, and found out that because of the intense calorie deficit, I developed freaking heart and circulation issues... My hands and lips turn purple, I have chest pain, no period (just like you) and in general, really bad health. All of this wouldn't have happened if I gave my body enough energy! Right now, I have officially been recovering for a month. I eat frequently and a lot, but still mostly whole foods. I see improved digestion, sleep, and the issues are slowly but surely fading away... I believe that you can take action as well. You need to realize that, in order to live a normal life, without obsession, you need to let go of this perfectionism when it comes to dieting... Stop it, before it's too late. I'd suggest you should see a dietitian, I'm not doing that right now but medical guidance can be very helpful. I hope this all made sense, let's heal together, and hopefully 2025 will be the year we get back our cycle and be at our healthiest & happiest 💕 If you ever wanna talk, I'm here!

I actually envy you so much that you are hungry in the morning and enjoying breakfast, for me it's a big struggle to eat especially eggs, breads and savory stuff in the morning... I feel sick and heavy inside ._. The fastest time for me to eat these is like 1 pm, until then I can only drink coffee and matcha or just water. The downside is that I know not eating in the morning increases my cravings in the evening, and it's bad for female hormones... I will be 30 in a year and I would really want to change my eating schedule but it's too hard for now D:

I had this problem too and the best advice to give you is to just start small! I used to eat at least an apple, slowly added peanut butter, then moved to a bowl of cereal. Its not a contest so take it slow!! Surely your body will get used to it and you will actually get naturally hungry in the morning :)

Couscous mit Datteln, Schafskäse und Möhren (1 Person) - 200g Möhren - 100 g Schafskäse - 1 kleine Zwiebel - bei Bedarf: 100 g Vollmilchjoghurt - 100g Couscous - gute 100ml kochendes Wasser - 1 EL Öl - 8 getrocknete Datteln - Salz, Pfeffer, Zimt * Couscous mit einer Prise Salz versehen und dann mit der gleichen Menge kochendem Wasser übergießen, abdecken und garziehen lassen (ca. 10 Min.) * Möhren schälen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden Zwiebel schälen und würfeln * Das Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Zwiebeln und Möhren anbraten * Datteln in kleine Würfel schneiden und in die Pfanne geben * Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken! * Den Schafskäse in kleine Würfel schneiden * Couscous mit der Hälfte Schafskäse und dem Möhren-Dattel-Mix in der Pfanne vermengen * Mit den angegebenen Gewürzen fein abschmecken (nicht am Zimt sparen) * Den Joghurt als Dip, gewürzt nach Bedarf dazu reichen und mit dem Rest feta toppen

I noticed you never use oil in your salads or bowls....cold pressed not heated extra virgin olive oil is very good for you and adds so much taste juste with just a teaspoon! For me that looks like a form of restriction...I was also used to be afraid of added oil and dressed my salads with just vinegar or ketchup. It's your choice to be doing that but I would just to say to people watching there's nothing wrong in using oil in moderation.
