HI BBY!! You guys asked for it, so I finally filmed my first what I eat in a week to stay fit, lean and strong, or what I eat in a week as a college student LOL! Also to give this a nice twist, I tracked my calories for a week too! I always advocate for intuitive eating, so this is just a fun experiment that taught me A LOT about listening to my body! Hopefully it´ll give you some healthy meal ideas :)
Let me know what you thought of this full week of eating video, and if you´d like to see more what I eat in a weeks! I was inspired by Natacha Oceane (her I tracked my intuitive eating for a week video) and Linda Sun what I eat in a weeks for this video, so maybe I should try eating like them next?
