HI BBY!! You guys asked for it, so I finally filmed my first what I eat in a week to stay fit, lean and strong, or what I eat in a week as a college student LOL! Also to give this a nice twist, I tracked my calories for a week too! I always advocate for intuitive eating, so this is just a fun experiment that taught me A LOT about listening to my body! Hopefully it´ll give you some healthy meal ideas :)
Let me know what you thought of this full week of eating video, and if you´d like to see more what I eat in a weeks! I was inspired by Natacha Oceane (her I tracked my intuitive eating for a week video) and Linda Sun what I eat in a weeks for this video, so maybe I should try eating like them next?

Honestly I just want to say thank you. The fact that I struggled with eating disorders since I was seven years old and listened to so many “healthy influencers” that told me to eat 500 calories per day is so sad. I’m really happy and grateful because I know that a lot of young people look up to you and I know that they will have a really great relationship with food and exercise. Thanks for being realistic and thanks for being u🥰

Thank you so much. My girlfriend has been suffering from an eating disorder and we just watched this together. I’ve seen enough cases of women losing their period, due to hard dieting or eating disorders, and my girlfriend was one of them. It was absolute hell for her, but she’s all good now. Btw both of us are going to Cal, so maybe we’ll see you there!

To be honest with you, i was expecting this video to be one of those too-healthy, unrealistic, triggering what i eat in a week videos, but starting @2:27 i found myself clicking that like button. That insight about food as our bodies' fuel got me. Thank you for the wonderful words. I hope your wisdom resonates to more people 😊

Dude same... I always get ed what I eat in a day videos in my recommendations and it does not help my own Ed at all but I still end up watching them and so I clicked on this video expecting the same thing already having that triggered thought process and OMG this video just made me feel so so good and less stressed about what I eat ❤️

This video was SO inspiring to me I’ve decided to start taking more positive steps towards not worrying about calories. I spend all day everyday OBSESSING over what I’m going to eat for the next meal and if it “fits” with what else I ate that day. I try not to but still mentally think how many calories I’m eating. It’s so unhealthy and this video has helped me see that so much more clearly! I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ this obsession stops now

I’m not going to lie: it can be challenging at times to shift your mindset (it’s what happened to me!) but overall it’s going to be SO worth it and liberating!!! Thank you so much for this video. It really helps to see someone who eats and doesn’t starve themselves, and also someone who eats so balanced and healthy! Just because you now may know the calories in the foods you may eat in the future because of this video, don’t let it get to you! You are such an inspiration to ppl coming from Eds and recovery. Never stop what you are doing and never let the calories bring us down!

hey ! i don’t think that you will read this but anyways ... right now i’m struggling with an ed idk if it’s anorexia but i count every calorie that i eat in each meal and sometimes i don’t eat ,i think this is really damaging my mental health , and more in quarantine . i’m afraid of asking for help , and i jus wanted to let you know that your video really helped me you are so positive and an inspiration for me 🥰 thank you so much (sorry for my English , i’m from argentina and it isn’t my mother language)😘

SO GOOD!!! I hate even the online calorie calculators that seem legit, bc they take into account your activity too, but nothing is as good as just being more in tune with your body and fueling it with MORE & MORE food. And the fun and social factors around food. Having a life!!! Thankful for videos like this!

Hi Jazmin can you please make more of this videos, I find them helpful for those who may struggle or have a bad mindset towards food, calories aren’t important , what really is is a healthy mindset and eating enough and without guilt, so this kind of videos are actually really good and shows the reality of balance eating. Keep doing more of this videos please

I’m really curious bc this varies for a lot of people- how do you define hunger/ hunger signals? Do you get mental hunger? If so, do you honor it?

OMG this was so inspiring to watch! I'm starting to intuitively eat but I know if I count my calories it's not going to be good for my mental health. I personally prefer shorter KZbin videos but my favorite thing about your channel is your recipes. I would love to see more of those and maybe hear about some other healthy recipe channels you would recommend!

She is absolutely correct, calories do not matter!!! Also a lil tip for you Jazmin, if you ever think ‘wow I ate so many calories today’ just remember how active you are and that you naturally burn calories doing nothing, so do NOT worry about counting calories because in the end it’s what makes you feel good :)

Everybody has different calorie needs so with that being said Learn your body, learn what works and what doesn't and it might take a few mistakes but keep trying

I LOVED THIS VIDEO! Although i love your longer 10-12 what i eat in a day videos i loved this one just as much and it was so exciting to see such a variety of meals and days!!! (avo toast everyday hahaha) would absolutely LOVE to see more like this! Your metabolism must be so fast lol even with an active lifestyle I could not imagine not gaining weight or being so fit on up to 3000 calories, but this was cool to see

yeah and she's more muscular, therefore she does burn more calories, which causes her to require more food. like i said, everybody's body is unique & different :)

Your body adjust to the calories, as long as your not eating heavy or unhealthy foods to reach those 3000 calories you will be alright. For example, I started off eating 2000 calories then went up to 2500 calories to stop losing weight and first few days I was sooo full but kept working out and going to my active job, and my metabolism went up and now I need 2900 to maintain my weight. One thing I learned is you need calories to burn calories.

Love this video so so so so so much!! Such a powerful message 💗🙌 (you should also try using Hungarian paprika on your dinner meals, avo toast, potatoes, veggies, etc. My grandpa is from Hungary and we swear by it! It is THE BEST seasoning ever 😋

hi jazmin! I love your videos and I was wondering, did you reverse diet, or something of that sort, to gradually get to the maintenance calories you are at now? I struggle with under eating and i'm not sure if I should work my way up with calories or just start eating more instantly. :))
