I wish my family were supportive like this! I've been vegan for about a year and half, and my family are so annoyed and angered by it. They constantly try to make me "at least eat dairy". It frustrates me more than words can say. If I ever have my own children, I'm going to raise them vegan like this :) my family told me that that's "cruel and unfair because you aren't letting them choose" but I mean why would I bring meat into my house if no one is going to eat it? I'm raising them healthily, and it benefits them...seems fair to me. I wish my parents had never fed me any junk! I kind of resent them for that. You can always choose to transition later if you want to eat stuff like that, but you can never take back the fact that you ate an animal. Does it seem cruel to any of you? I need someone's else's opinion who won't just yell at me for being vegan

Ursula Crivaz you don't really get any bigger from the pill since the dosage of hormones is quite low usually. If you were to get birth control shots then you would more likely gain weight from that. Of course side effects differ from person to person but from my experience the pill has very little side effects, whereas the other bc options usually have stronger side effects

I have been taking herbs lately that are suppose to help with hormone balance such as ashwaganda, astragalus and a couple of other natural herbs in my smoothies that are suppose to help with hormone balance. going to make a video about it on our KZbin channel giving more detail.
