I love these vids bc i have celiac disease and dairy intolerance. I take the same digestive enzymes bc my tummy loves to pop lock and drop it after meals 😅 i get bloated super easily, too

Again just a rough example of a day since every day is unique for me with intuitive eating. oats are swapped for fruit half the time and I’m intolerant to 80% of veggies so for the sake of ‘non bloating’ for me for these examples I didn’t add them in. If I didn’t care about my gut health so rigerously right now veggies would be doubled or tripled if you watch previous meal videos of mine. Hope that explains!
