I never would of thought to take advantage of our inate primal senses/instict and to try and link it with our training and eating, it makes total sense, especially how you explained it. Very creative and insightful video. Thank you 👊🏽

Appreciate you brother!!! It took some time and research for me to kinda figure this one out. Try it my bro. For me it took about 2 straight months until I actually felt the real benefit of the foods I was eating

Cheers man. I had to search your videos again to see what you are as I started to eat meat. I feel so much better. Anxiety is gone but feel flat sometimes. Still working out what meats to eat. Also eating bananas and honey. Might try water melon again. Thank you

I like how you’re saying your eat what your body tells you, you cooked the steak but you put it away for later while You annihilated the fruit. I think that’s important to listen to the body. But it’s important to understand you ain’t gonna just transition over to this and keep eating this way. You need to cut the carbs in half grains, down to a 1/4 and then remove them. If people are too drastic changing the way they eat it’s just going to be a “diet” and not a “Lifestyle” change. Thank you for sharing this vital information. It’s going to help me along my journey. I want to get to majority raw plant based. But this is where I think I need to start. Great Philosophy and you would probably put most dietician and nutritionist to shame(no offense to those professionals 😮)

People in this fast society want everything fast and the easy way. A true warrior do what it takes to achieve the goal.... Natural food and fitness is the best and every body and human react different. Depends on many factors. Bruce lee also was natural and not big, but lean muscles ....and what is somebody goal......all natural is the way.... Blessed to you

Another thought about supplements: If you take them and you achieve your goals, you are more likely to thank the supplements rather than your hard work.

no my bro. i quit drinking about 2 years ago. for me i just have big ambitions and drinking doesnt help me achieve what i want to achieve. to let off steam i just train more or i sit and meditate on the type of role model i would like to be for my children. that helps me a lot

Yes!!! I had to do it a bit more modified because of the output of work. I feel when you’re in a situation where you perform extremely quick movements with power you need some type of carbs. When I was doing straight carnivore, the endurance was hella crazy good but the short burst would leave me gassed and I would have to wait to regain my breath.

to my understanding, you can but you would have to eat different sources of fats to ramp up the calories. heavy cream, cheese, milk

Soda spikes your blood sugar, I was told by a power lifter 25 years ago it decreases muscle mass, and it may leach calcium from bones.
