We put our dogs in their crate for 10 minutes alone Before we start training. That they get the idea + know what is going to happen and are ready for the training. I have heard from others that this really works for them also.

Hello Erin and JP, thanks for the video. I don’t have a dog at the moment, but I have heard that “Apple Bitter” spray for dog tastes bad and you can spray that on all furniture where the little teeth might go…and it works as a good deterrent. Don’t have any particular brand in mind, but that is something I would try when I get a dog in the future …Have a great week!

My cockapoo loves her crinkle pull squeaker toy too. She loves her beef kneecap that she chews on and she will play with the kneecap. Sandy loves her chew light up ball. When I go to the beach in a few weeks I will get her another light up ball from Calhaunds of Calabash, NC. I can’t believe my girl will be 2 years old next week July 13th.

Love your channel! Honey is so cute!! My 4 1/2 month old mini Goldendoodle is a finicky eater. She only eats when I am sitting next to her. I have tried adding some treats into her food to entice her but don't want to turn her into a more finicky eater.

Have you tried the “benebone” range of chews? My didn’t like the antlers, yak, nylabone but the benebone chews have been a game changer for my motley crew-they love them plus they do last a long time and worth the price. Their favourite is the fish followed by the round ended bone type one. Have you also thought about a “snuffle” for her food/treats? Certainly keeps mine entertained x

@KayColeLynn Жыл бұрын
@@xobelladonna2443they may not be glass, but she could have landed wrong on her foot. Our older dog (a year old at the time) unintentionally rolled the pup (9 weeks) and fractured her ankle. It was a complete fluke that it happened that way
@xobelladonna2443 Жыл бұрын
@@KayColeLynn as the daughter of someone who was a vet for 52 years, you’ll know if the pup is hurt. If you need to question it- pup isn’t hurt. Check every part of pup and monitor for a few days. Unless they seem weak lethargic or in pain-going to the vet will only cause financial stress for no reason. 99% of the time the falls are harder on us than them!

I have a 2 year old Sheepadoodle named Harper. She's b/w and is a big hit with staff and kids at Home Depot or Lowe's when we go. Her big thing is still jumping up to meet/greet her fans. A work in progress. Harper is a fetch machine. Inside or out she will catch her cow or yellow banana until she drops. I think she'll probably stroke out before stopping. I simply have to stop to make her take a break. I have gotten her Kong tennis balls and she just splits those babies wide open. That's how much and how hard she chews them. She's my buddy and wouldn't take any amount of money for her, but feel free to make very generous offer😂😂😂

My daughter had a golden doodle when she was 8 weeks old and now she is 7 month old and she’s the most enjoyable puppy on earth. She’s very easily to be trained and very obedient and trained not to bark and not to jump on people or go up on the couches. She trained her from day one. She waited till she had all her vaccines till she took her put and about. She’s very sociable, loves attention and loves to be cuddled. We all love her to death.❤

I really wish breeders would leave the stair training for the new parents to teach. I live in a 5000 sq foot home and I don’t want to be worried about a puppy going upstairs to pee or poop. I don’t mind my dogs going upstairs but until they get the potty training down first.

When we get a new puppy, we buy two from the same litter. None of your families get two. Why? My puppies have loved having company.
@DoodlesofNC Жыл бұрын
We have had probably five families do puppies from either the same litter or a variety of litters and everyone has done great. I think mostly it is the cost that prevents someone from doing it more often. I’m so glad it worked so well for you!
