most Chinese people are very sympathetic to what is happening to Palestine, I think that’s part of the reason why the owner of the shop wanted to treat you for dinner. Because our country in recent history was also invaded, mass genocide happened all over the country. Though we suffered 8 years of Japanese invasion, we suffered a lot longer from the 8 country alliances, and also a lot of suppression from the west even till now. Oh man! Thank you so much for your video! I literally cried while watching it. I am a native of Beijing and have been living in Germany for over 20 years. I know how Muslims are treated in China. Although I am not a Muslim myself, I was taught to respect the religion, when I was a child in China. Even though Islam is not the main religion throughout China (although it is in certain regions), I see Muslims as an integral part of our culture. When I was in middle school in Beijing, there was always the option to eat halal at lunchtime. Two years ago, I witnessed a large protest by Muslims in Hamburg against China due to the living conditions of the Uyghurs. People said they wanted to take revenge on the Chinese people, eye for eye, blood for blood... It must be acknowledged that the Chinese government has an issue with separatism. Regardless of who it is, when someone tries to divide the country, as some Uyghurs have, they are punished very harshly. BUT Chinese people do not have a problem with Muslims! They are part of our culture! This is why we have such good relations with Muslim countries like Pakistan. One really has to fight against the brainwashing by the west media. And I feel REALLY sorry for your homeland. It is impossible for me to see how the west world turns a blind eye where genocides are TRULY happening...😢
@user-tz2gn1pi8uАй бұрын
They conveniently turn a blind eye to Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar, and Kashmiri Muslims and Assamese Muslims. They actively support Muslim blood bath in Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan and Somalia. And then tell you they're concerned about Muslims in China. They're not concerned about Muslims in China. They just want to suppress or put a halt to economic development of China and for that, they want to use Muslims as tools and want Muslims to fight their battle with China for western politico-economic interests. They just wanna do propaganda to hype up Muslims. But because of the internet, Muslims can find out the truth easily.

We forge the rugged path into a grand way, Having braved the trials, we set forth today. You bear the load while I lead the steed, Crossing mountains and streams, with frost on our sleeves. Through winds and storms, we boldly stand tall, Singing our hearts out as we answer the call. Through the seasons' dance of spring, summer, and fall, Tasting life’s sweetness and sorrows that call. May I ask where the road may lie? The path unfolds beneath our sky.

I am a Chinese and have been living in Europe and the US over a decade. Frankly speaking, China is the only country that treats all religions equally. US for example claims that they have religious freedom, but remember the US presidents oath by putting their hands on the Christian bible. Yes, you can practice Islam, Sikh, Buddhism and all other religions in the US, but it is impossible to ask for equality with Christianity, so as other countries that have national religion or similar traditions. China has a non-religious government. The government doesn't want any religions to influence politics, therefore, religious groups are limited in politics. But on the other hand, all religions are equal. No single religion is superior to others.

The Chinese Foreign Minister and the Spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry have both voiced support for Lebanon (whom had just had 500 casualties as a result of Israeli airstrikes) and Gaza. However, Western Media claims that China is Islamophobic which is just hilarious. I'm not even a supporter of China by the way, I'm Malaysian, we have enough concerns about their activity in the South China Sea. But the Hypocrisy of the West is oustranding.
@aldenteh9412Ай бұрын
The south China sea wasn't claimed by Malaysia until China was conquered by 8 nations during the Opium war. Basically China have ownership throughout the south China sea until their downfall, which is why the Southeast Asian nations rush to claim territories, ending up in internal disputes.

As a fellow Malaysian, I really want to know what is your stand or view from the Malaysian-Chinese community's prespective in regard to the West (lead by the US) vs China? Which one is preferred as our alliance?
@bryanchan888821 күн бұрын
@@wannaim6958 Well Malaysia is in a peculiar position in the sense that the US is our largest investor and China is our largest trading partner. We are put in a position where we have to kiss both asses, a loss of one relationship in favor of the other could result in an over dependency of our economy or a downfall of the economy entirely. I'm a Malaysian Chinese but at the end of the day if I were to go to China, I go in with a Malaysian passport. If I were to work there I need a work visa, if I were to study there I need a student's visa. So at the end of the day I'm not Chinese but a Malaysian. Other Chinese may not have the same perspective; and as such, may hold a bias when in comes to this matter, but this is how I see things: If we were to say that only one of the partnership/relationship could be fostered as a form of thought experiment then we would have to pick which country will benefit Malaysia's economy as of now. From what I can see, China is ramping up investments in Malaysia, creating a significant amount of jobs for our people and Chinese companies seem more willing to invest. As an example, Geely was willing to buy over a dying company in Proton and BYD has invested in plants and a large number of dealerships in Malaysia. We were also recently inducted into BRICS with the help of China; thereby, creating economic opportunities for Malaysia. With these factors, along with the fact that China is our largest trading partner at the end of the day would make it seem that; at face value, China would be the choice for a stronger strategic and economical partnership. However, doing so will lead to an over dependency of our economy. This is further compounded by the fact that Trump was just elected yesterday, and clearly his policies are America first e.g. forcing companies to move back to the USA or further taxing imports into the country. But ultimately, Malaysia has to play both sides. Malaysia relies a lot on the production of Electrical Components and Semi Conductors for its GDP. A large number of US companies have their plants based in Malaysia. Entirely leaning on China will just create a rift which would severely impact this industry.

I'm glad you went to the supermarket! It's so interesting to see all the pastries that only Hui people make, religion-related things that people use, etc. I really like going to Niujie even though I'm not Muslim because the food is great, it lets me experience a special part of Chinese culture, and the people are really friendly. Actually, Hui Muslim restaurants are my go-to when I'm in an unfamiliar location in China because you can be confident in the hygiene/cleanliness and you know the owners will be trustworthy and not overcharge you. It used to be common for Muslims to refer to themselves as "qingzhen ren" -- pure and true people. They really do live up to that.

Judaism with Israeli and Palestinian conflict. Hinduism probably has some type of genocide towards the Muslims during the Pakistan and India split. Every religion has extremists. They die for their religious bullshit. I'm a former Buddhist monk, but it doesn't mean I have a strong desire to kill people because they're not Buddhists.
