I love the ‘71 varsity sweaters!! I totally think you should do other color ways like a racing green or forest green with white or cream lettering and even a deep fall burgundy red color with white or an off white lettering (maybe even a dark sunflower yellow color lettering). i recommend keep chest to 2-3 exercises with rest times over 1 minute. that should push your prog. overload to the max. looking good though

I used to do that when I followed a PPL split but recently I’ve been enjoying just focusing on one muscle and doing more exercises - however the volume is still the same as doing 3 exercises of 3 sets. My rest times are around 2min currently.
