I can't tall you how much relief I am feeling after watching your videos. I have a body shape just like you. After giving birth Twins my belly got out of shape and I am so ashamed and anxious about this that I started to wear loose clothes. Much bigger size then so that I can hide my body. I literally hate my body and face so much criticism that I had lost confidence in myself. Even when I try to buy something like tops and skirts my husband or friends will say they won't suit me anymore. So i end up crying alone and heating my body more. Today is one of the days when I am feeling miserable and insecure about my body and belly that I can't stop crying but then I just saw this video. I know maybe for other it's really simple video but for me it shows how much beautiful you can look when shearing my same shape. Maybe I can try be a little lass disgusted at myself while looking at mirror from now on. Thanks as lot. You are so beautiful and inspiring please keep this up.

Plus it's all fake, all the buttery comments saying that she is beautiful the way she is. NO SHE IS NOT she needs to work on that out of control health. She let herself go and followed a bad lifestyle and that's why look fat now there are other girls paying attention to their health. People saying it's all OK makes health conscious people look like a fool. And in the end everybody likes a beautiful body and that's all we strive for and it's the harsh truth. So cut down some of those chips from the diet. I'm not spreading hate but sometimes you are nicest to people by not being nice to them.
