I love living in New York because we have the best bagels, bread, and rolls I have ever tasted, not too mention our pizza, gotta love New York pizza. Matt's lunches look amazing as usual LeeAnne. How are those alfalfa sprouts? I see them often, but pass right by them. I would love to try those in my salads. By the way, I tried your cauliflower rice recipe with the sesame oil, the low sodium soy sauce, garlic and onion, OMG! it tasted amazing, so thank you for that. I really appreciate your lunch videos, honestly. You make everything look so yummy and interesting. If I tried replicating a complete lunch I would need to use every gadget in my kitchen and ingredient. I would be so tired that I wouldn't be able to eat my lunch or dinner. You're gifted, I adore watching these and while I can't replicate a whole one I do step up my game just a lil bit. I will take that as a victory.

Lol, it's funny you say that bc when I was younger I dreamed of opening a breakfast and lunch/café type place. I had a whole menu planned out with 10 different signature sandwiches and some soups/salads. But then life happened and the dream died. Haha! Thank you SO much for your comment!
