if you looking a online school, try Herzing University. I'm full time online, but my labs were in person with a proctor, and i have a 8 week externship

Hi Ms K, I have been listening to your videos for the past several months. I’ve been an MA for many years and finally decided to get certified so I signed up for the CMA program through the hospital’s college that’s part of the organization I work for. It’s mostly online but we did have clinicals both first and second semester. I’m now in practicum and my review course with a month to go. Listening to your videos have helped me a lot! Our organization just offered a 3 month course for MA’s that had been employed at least a few years through them, a chance to take the course for free. It was all online and then they took the test and I know some that passed. I feel I had better training though and I thought you had to have so many hours recorded before you could take the test. Either way I’m glad I’m doing the complete program!

I hate online medical assistant schools. I did online and I wish it was a hybrid. I have a job but I don’t have the skills that would offer me better pay, so I would definitely suggest a hybrid program

Hello I’m going back to fall to take my Mas201 I’m retaking it because of my hearing Loss now I had my surgery on May 2023 I have faith I’ll 👩🏽‍🎓Graduate May 2024 🎉 what do you recommend to do to not get stressed 😩 on exam days and final exams. Do you think making a planner and a calandre will help be successful hope you make a video with more info please 😊

Hey, Karen! Great video suggestion and I will add it to the list 😊 And you just kind of answered your own question… Yes, using a planner/calendar will absolutely help you. This is something that I encourage my students to do. Sometimes we get overwhelmed because it seems like so much when really it’s because we are all over the place with no plan. So start there and I think you will start to see a difference. And I am happy that you had your surgery and doing well 🙏🏾❤️
