You are full of inspiration! I did the renamed version of this a few weeks ago and didn't realize I might need to flat iron on subsequent washes. I've also only blow dried! Will definitely be doing a flat iron next time around to see how big a difference that makes. I already enjoyed how much easier it was to detangle and how much quicker to blow dry, plus better blow dry result. But sounds like the real 'wow' is with the flat iron.

Amazing informative video! Came across your channel today and you have some great content - thank you 😊 Quick question please as I’m new to Keratin treatments, did your hair go frizzy or curly in weather that’s humid or damp? Thanks 💜

Hey! Keratin treatments are seriously life changing!!! Do you mind sharing what keratin treatment you will use next time? Do you plan on using uncurly or owow? Thanks!!!!
@Jaymfs2 жыл бұрын
I have no idea 😂 I haven’t done a keratin treatment in almost a year now and I’ve been wearing my hair curly most of the summer so haven’t needed to. I think I might try something new tbh, any suggestions?
@saraiveliz4882 жыл бұрын
@@Jaymfs So I recently got my hair cut short and I couldn't walk around with my lion's mane SO I used "keratin research" from Amazon. I've used it about 3 times now and I LOVE IT, but there is one side effect....It makes your hair fall out. Now, hear me out...I have a ton of hair so it doesn't bother me as much, however...it does start to show on my hairline. My hair did grow back while using uncurly, but that one wasn't my favorite. For some reason the shine wasn't there for me and it did make my hair feel too heavy for my liking. All of that to say, I am still on the hunt for my holy grail treatment!!!
@hanasal53872 жыл бұрын
Love your Keratin treatment videos❤️ So uncurly plus and owow give very similar results? The uncurly treatment reduces frizz on curly hair. Does the owow treatment also reduce frizz without using heat? I dont use a lot of heat, so not sure what to buy
@Jaymfs2 жыл бұрын
My straight hair results are similar with both, but I find with uncurly it’s a bit heavier on my hair. My curly hair likes to be a bit heavier/ more full of product though so that works for me. If I was wearing my hair curly most of the time I’d probably do uncurly classic for that reason. But you could easily use owow and just add more product when styling to achieve the same result so the difference really isn’t that big. Hope this helps!

I have this kit and want to try it, but I’m worried that if I do it will ruin my natural curls and they won’t come back. I know the point of the product is to straighten or de-frizz, but in future when the products wear off do you think I’ll be able to get my natural curls back? If not I won’t bother with the product :) love your video ❤️

I currently have no keratin treatment on my hair at all and it’s curlier then it’s ever been! I did keratin treatments for yearssss and now they’ve all worn off my hair is legitimately the curliest I’ve ever seen it 😂 hope this helps with your decision making!

Hey girl! Love your videos!! My teenage daughter is begging for a treatment to help her manage her curls easier by herself. Would you recommend this product or the uncurly? Can you give an update on your hair?? Thanks!
@Jaymfs Жыл бұрын
Both are good tbh, but I did just order something new to try 👀 I haven’t done a treatment (using any brand) for over a year. Uncurly is stronger then owow, and owow is now called answr (rebrand) hope this helps! I’d defo suggest watching all my keratin videos and getting fully informed. Put double speed on cas I have quite a few vids 😂💗

Hello Jaymfs, you look great may I ask if you could still curl ur hair or it wont hold? I have unshiny hair that I want only To bring some shine but usually i curl style my hair, thanks for the video and good luck💖
@Jaymfs2 жыл бұрын
Yes my hair still holds a curl with a treatment on, but if you only want shine I wouldn’t do this. There’s other products you can use for shine. There’s a brand called Glaze that could work really well for you! It’s meant to just give super shine xx

Hi! Was wondering why you no longer use this treatment even though you mentioned the the one you are currently using does need to be well ventilated and that it can burn the scalp. Just curious why you like the coco gold better considering this one worked really well and had not chemical fumes etc?
@Jaymfs8 ай бұрын
I never said it can burn the scalp? Actually confused by this comment. I recommended that people ventilate the room if they are new to these treatments or have sensitive eyes, but also mentioned that I have no issues with sensitivity. As also mentioned, cocochoco works better for me and I prefer it. Also owow no longer exists, they changed the name and formula.

I'm not too familiar with keratin treatments in general but I thought the point of it was you didn't have to straighten it anymore
@Jaymfs2 жыл бұрын
No that would be a relaxing treatment. In my opinion keratin treatments are more about hair management. They make my hair dry in half the time, my hair holds styles much better too. It’s way easier to manage, requires less product and reacts to moisture/humidity far far less. With a keratin treatment I get to keep my curls and also have the option of super well behaved straight hair too. Hope this helps explain xx
