@@etihad.dream2024 Exactly the same thing happened to me. Used my iPhone do record the videos on link they provided, but the audio volume was sooo low. It was an issue on the plataform they provided thou, since i tested my phone a few times before recording and it was working just fine. Hope they are aware of that and take that into consideration as I was almost screaming and the volume still turned out low. Good luck to us!

Would like to share with you all that today I gave my Etihad Airways' video assessment and the questions were 1. Introduction yourself, including your height and work experience. 2. What inspires you to join Etihad Airways .3. Roles and responsibilities of a cabin crew.. You can give multiple retakes and take as much as time you want just make sure not to turn the screen off .. Which are the roles and responsibilities of a cabin crew (standing up). After submitting it, a page appeared saying that my videos were successfully received and I will get an update as soon as they will be in my country. Despite upgrading to a HD camera and testing it successfully, the provided link didn't support my new camera or lavalier microphone. if we got selected for Etihad weather there will be any hr person would come to our country and be involved with joining process or all the things should be done by ourselves

In case if you are selected, you will sign all the necessary documents , scan it and send them to their email. So all the process is conducted online, no one is going to come to your country) you do everything on your own, and eventually they will send you the air ticket, and you meet an Etihad hr only in Abu-Dhabi

Hi, you can watch my next video about VA, and try to answer the questions I had, like why Etihad, why you left your previous job etc.. record yourself answering questions and than analyze your answers, would you hire yourself at this stage? I wouldn’t say that the conversation with recruiter is difficult, but the English test itself is quite challenging . Read more about it in my highlights in IG 🙌 good luck

My phones microphone worked amazingly when I tested it, I also had connected to Wi-Fi as they suggested but unfortunately the site lowered my audio a lot and I couldn’t change my device mid Video Introduction so I kept it regardless. I suggest to everyone to use laptop and not phone!
