@@solomondunlap2153 We're doing this this Sunday. I been learning it. I have It charted but haven't quite decided exactly how I'm gonna approach it. I use an aux hat on rt above fl tom and that' will free up my left to work around the kit with those accents on the toms and snare.. how do u usually practice songs (step by step)

Hey ! So before I learn any song I like To just listen to the song first . Don’t try to Figure out the drum parts , just listen all the way thru to get a fill for it . Next thing is I like to break it down part by part so like “ intro to verse 1 , chorus to bridge and etc . Then once I feel comfortable to knowing the song like the back of my hand then I like to figure out ok what would I like to add of my own to bring the song to life ! Most importantly also is listening thru out the day or week to hear from the Lord on what he wants to do within the song and flow with it 😊 hope this information was helpful !!!
