dude what the hell? thats amazing! what tips do you have for starting off? i just picked up guitar and im trying to self teach myself, but theres not good advice online i feel like.

Thank you, I got to say there is definitely great advice for free right here on KZbin in my opinion (that was huge for me when i first started). I started learning classic rock songs I liked. (There's endless videos on how to play mostly any song you can think of) then I learned basic chords, scales and theory. The biggest thing is picking technique and gaining finger dexterity.As I find it important to learn theory, you don't necessarily have to. Take your own approach. Also Marty Schwartz and bernth (guitar youtube instructors) helped me tremendously at the beginning when I was a kid.

I personally like guitar365's lessons, they seem to be the most accurate on KZbin, and they're incredibly straightforward. If you need help with almost any song, hes you're guy.
