I think it’s very personal based tbh- depends on what style of education you like because all schools do it different - you just have to do a lot of research on their curriculum!

Hey love your video but you really need to work on your gym form. The way you do the deadlift could seriously injure your back so maybe watch some video on correct posture. Take care

Hey!! Hahahah i realise this now so sorry - I actually do eat a big breakfast (it’s always oats and some protein bars/fruit) but because I bought the ingredients in bulk I didn’t think it was that interesting to film/costed anything 😂 maybe next time I should dissect all the actual costs? I don’t know if that will be too complicated with dividing the cost of 1/3cup of oats from a 1kg box 🙈

That is good to know. I am was more worried for your health regarding that you train 4 times per week and have a long day at work. Snacks and protein during the day tends to help you to recover and provide muscle mass for core training. I think it is okay to eat a bit more. Your body deserves it after your hard work ❤️
