Monster recipes: 1. Shellbeat stuffed clams: Lightly tear off the shell and cut off what resides in the shell. Once out cut what resides in shell into small pieces and put into A stuffed clam and then it’s done but do cook the meat for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Noggin being salty is a great idea, considering rocks can sometimes have salt in them. And i feel like Toe Jammer would be tasteless, like water. Though it would have the consistency of jello. As of reedling, i think its meat would taste like rabbit meat (Reedling and Blabbit are said to share a common ancestor), and Reedling's bio tells us it breathes through the flutes on its back, so i imagine while they look like normal flutes on the outside, they would be connected to a series of fleshy tubes on the inside inside. Idk if the tubes would be edible, but in my country people sometimes eat pig's lungs (as we call it "płuca wieprzowe"), so probably they would taste similar.
