Let's be honest, I started mood tracking because I like colouring in a box for each day. However, mood tracking can provide you with a lot of valuable data. By analysing this data, you can start to understand yourself better. While a hundred days of data isn't a whole lot, I was curious to see whether I could already see some patterns. In this video, I'll discuss my findings :)

This is so timely for me! I've struggled so hard with mood tracking and now that I'm reviving my health journal, I wanted to have a mood tracker but haven't figured out how to do it in a way that I'd actually like and stick with. This is such a simple but brilliant way of doing it. Thank you so much for sharing this!
