I will say, I wasn’t a Marvel fan before I saw Iron Man but after that I was hooked. Marvel did a great job of fleshing out characters and casting and making people feel invested in the characters, something I feel DC has done poorly with anyone other than Batman.

If you want an older thriller to watch (that’s actually good) check out The Changeling with George C Scott if you haven’t seen it yet. I believe it’s on Tubi. Not outright scary/horror but definitely creepy. It was made in the early 80’s but stands up imho.

The Fifth Element is so fun! I love the mix of SciFi setting and humor in it. The chemistry between Korben Dallas and Leeloo is almost comedy perfection. It's also kinda weird how the main protaginist and antagonist (Korben and Zorg) never officially meet face to face in the entire movie.

Ginger hair supremacy! I’m going to recommend the original Suspiria! I just did on another video but it’s one of my all time favorites. I’m such a sucker for color and the movie exploits color to the extremes. It was also one of the final films of all time to be processed in technicolor (like Gone With The Wind or Wizard of Oz)

'RIngu' is pronounced as Ringoo ('u' is read as the sound 'oo' in Nihongo i.e., Japanese) So, Juon (Grudge) would be talked about as Joo-awhn. Dying to watch 'X'. Totally approve of Fresh as being intriguing. It actually is interesting and kind of reminded me of this Indian movie called Aamis which is a regional movie that has an unusual plotline and horror given a very different treatment.

Hi Sarah!! I usually don't comment but I have an original horror movie recommendation I just watched last night, and this is a big shot but the movie is Incident in a Ghostland and it's on Netflix, and your review would be to die for because I'm literally obsessed with it on how good it was. The horror was really well executed. And I don't remember being on edge with an horror movie in a long time. This was such an easy 10/10 for me, I could write so much about it 🤧

The Fifth Element was one of the first movies I ever watched when I was a kid, I definitely need to rewatch it as an adult. I saw the new Batman movie and while I still love Bale's Batman more, I did like the new one. I loved the opening 'shadows' scene. I suggested this a few weeks ago but definitely check out The Silent Sea on Netflix if you haven't already- it's space-y and science-y, and I think it leans more towards thriller than horror so I'm not 100% sure if you'd like it, but I thought it was really done and I haven't seen anyone talking about it.
@riverg93712 жыл бұрын
Your take on the marvel vs DC movies I find interesting. I feel the exact opposite, I've found most of my friends previously super hero fans or not can always find something enjoyable out of the marvel movies where as "the batman" and other dc projects seem to only be really hyped by the die hard DC fans and are kind of forgotten by the general public after release.
@sirherothebrave2 жыл бұрын
Yeah same. Most people don't care about marvel comics that see the mcu. I do think more actual fans like stuff like Xmen and the non mcu. But it is just a fad. I dunno find those boring and just a ambiguous movie that happens to have marvel characters. If that makes sense lol.

Hey cosmetologist here try more of a neutral ash on your hair, the violet won’t really help with the red you want something with a more green undertone to cut the red. You’re getting a line of demarcation probably because the red was permanent. I would try filling the ends with a demi permanent ash and then using a 10v ash over that. Honestly would be better to see a professional than continue to color it because your hair could be lacking the porosity it needs to hold color. Good luck my dude
@emmajelp2 жыл бұрын
Also color doesn’t lift color so all you can do at this point is try to manipulate the tone unless you are willing to go darker to cover. But that line won’t really go away until it’s all grown out.

Have you heard of From? It's horror syfy, about a small town from whose residents cannot escape. When newcomers emerge, the current residents take them in and assist in the assimilation. There's town law too, which we get to learn. Dangerous creatures (vampires?) come out at night, so everyone has a curfew. These creatures will ask to come into their homes (that's why I thought vampires) or disguise themselves as a loved one. I was only able to see 4 episodes free, but it really intrigued me!
