Great video, I think its a cultural misconception in the asian community where gap years are considered as a waste of time/money, but this mindset needs to change, as highlighted in the video of the great benefits and life experience a gap yr provides

This is an excellent video Mashaa’Allah. Great to see IFG sharing their collective wisdom. Such insights are priceless and will help avoid you or your children looking back and thinking “if only I had done that years ago”.

Another excellent video IFG. May Allah taala reward you all tons. We need serious awareness in our community about planning at a very early age. A great distinction I see in eastern and western cultures. Keep up the great work.

As a 20 year old, this video is really helpful and I believe all 18 year olds should learn about the importance of building a credit file because it is so important to start building your credit file as soon as possible.

Thanks for this video. There’s so much I wanna expand my skills on but I get overwhelmed on where to even start, how to manage that time and then the anxiety on taking these risks

Track your progress. Fall in love with the process of learning that skill. You will know if you like it or not if u do it for 1-2months consistently everyday.

I would suggest to try as many things as possible/business ideas in your earlier years before things like marriage/kids come into the picture as then the ability to afford taking risks is greatly reduced. I didnt really try anything at that age and now looking back its something I wish I had done so regardless of it being successful.

There are so many ways to add to the world aside from finance. And there are so many halal ways of financing that are also allowed in India. You should explore both.

BarakAllahu Feekum, the videos are extremely helpful but please could you leave out the music or replace it with acapella/nasheeds. It can repulse many muslims from watching your videos and there is no barakah in your business if it involves haram things.

Hi this video was very interesting and insightful! I just have a quick question please - is it permissible for me to work in an investment bank as a business analyst - so no involvement with interest and majority of bank revenue comes from fees?

You should ask on forum.islamicfinanceguru.com/ but my personal opinion is best avoided if you have other jobs.
