Hey mate, I am ihsan and I am 16 years old at 11th standard . I have a dream of becoming a football player but i recently had a surgery for testicular tortion. So I am currently resting and I had a thought am I doing enough by training whenever you feel like training one day and rest for days. So I created a weekly based plan by myself which I will do till I finish my 12th standard. This plan is attached to this email and my question is. 1) Is this plan enough or do I want to do more 2) for running i go to a 250m long footpath, so how much should I run, should i jog or run faster .
