Hi Thessely, I still can't believe the homes in the UK and Europe don't have a/c. I can't even imagine enduring that heat with no fan or a/c😩...but thankfully the hot weather doesn't last very long on there. Great week of outfits Sis 😁. I really like those H&M Linen blend Trousers and you already know how obsessed I am with your Orange Blaze😍!! I also really loved outfits 2, 3 and 6👍🏾. Thank you as always for sharing my friend ❤️. I live in the Caribbean with no A/C Just take cold showers twice a day, sometimes 3 if necessary. Try to stay indoors during 12noon to 4pm when the sun is at its highest🙂

I recently started doing yoga again and yes it relaxes and centers me. You're right, more POC are incorporating into selfcare but they weren't alot of before in my opinion.

Since Covid, Working from home, & gaining weaving after I got married last year, I totally lost my sense of style. I am at home 85% of the time. I am soooo HAPPY I found your channel… you make me want to get dressed again… I’m just not going too many places to wear all the new clothes you are inspiring me to get 😂❤️! Awwww thanks girl. So glad to hear I inspire you. And don't feel like you have to buy all this stuff. My style is very basic so most of these things you probably already have. I make these videos to give you inspo on how to match your basics in different ways to create a new outfit every time with the same stuff ;)

@@ThesselyJuliet No it’s fine lol! I got rid of most of my clothes that don’t fit or it’s no longer my style, so I have to redo my basics lol. I purge my closet like every 3 months because I’m trying to get to that place where I have a capsule with nice pieces that I can style around. I appreciate you sharing where most of your basics come from. I’ve been looking for quality ❤️

Yes, I do. I workout about 3,5 hours a week spread over 4 days. I mostly do HIIT and weights. Hope this helps.
