Before Disney bought it, there's details of Vader's suit that gave him a lot of advantage. Vader's suit has Corthosis fiber which refracts&disrupts lightsabers when it makes contact with the fabric. Vader's blade also has a blade disruptor on it too which causes a disruption to the opposite blade's energy generating an energy feedback to the focusing gem to crack it too. Also on his forearm and gloves has Beskar armor on it so that he has no difficulty using his hands to literally hold on the blades of the lightsaber. Plus both hands are mechanical so he doesn't feel the heat or pain from holding the beam. Typically Vader doesn't use his cheats on personal duels but if he's ganged on by multiple Jedi Masters, he has no issues taking advantage of his built-in cheats to survive the battle.

All of that sounds super cool tbh. The crazy thing is I'm sure George had none of that in mind when he was designing the character at first lol. It's just crazy how more people get involved the more things change and "evolve"

@@ldungey6972 Not my idea, this is referenced in rpg games, novels and comics. Just look around the Legends section of wookiepedia and it's there. Also another group of fallen Jedi/Sith are the Jensaarai that has similar augmentation to their armor. Of course those mods isn't going to stop anti-starfighter weapons but for dueling, it's good enough to survive multiple opponents.

@darthdude5122 Corthosis had been around for some decades in the novels&rpg before Disney buyout and mostly need Lucas' approval for any IP development. The Jensaarai has full armor made of it and been used in the KOTOR era by both Light&Dark sides.

But Starkiller is his Assassin name given by Darth Vader. But if Galen Marek was trained by Ahsoka then his codename would be similar to her own aka Fulcrum. It would be either as Cipher or Nexus.
