yes it is because if nezuko finds a way to interact with akaza and make him half human awakening his memories he will switch sides remembering his wife

This is actually an idea i've played with myself and i love it. I think a good turning point for this au idea would be during the fight with rengoku. Instead of Akaza killing Rengoku, Rengoku uno reverse cards Akaza "Become a demon kyojuro!" "how about You become a demon slayer instead Akaza?!". Akaza would be thrown off guard a bit by the prospect, it being something he never would have thought of as a possibility. I imagine it delaying him just long enough for the sun to start rising and he runs just as he does normally. Rengoku is still injured but alive. The seed has now been planted into Akazas mind. I don't think he'd turn right away but it would get him thinking. Thinking about what Rengoku asked him "why do you seek strength?", why does he want to be strong? what is he being strong for? what was the reason? Pieces of his human life start coming back to him and that would be the tipping point. Turning against muzan and helping the demon slayers as a way to try and redeem himself, to try and do good by his promise to koyuki. He may not be able to protect her any longer, but he can protect the rest of humanity. given that both akaza and nezuko fight with hand-to-hand combat i picture akaza teaching nezuko Soryu Style. With proper training and technique nezuko would be an even stronger fighting force than before. Akaza could be like a mentor to her and she in turn could help akaza reconnect with his own humanity.

what if one of tanjiros famely members was with tanjiro selling things in the vilige insted of geting killed by muzan

Well I think I have an idea on it and here I rank them from not changing the rides of battle to changing it. Nezuko would be a lost beacuse not only muzan wouldn't attack the Corp for her but also her unique blood will probably go undiscovered. Rokuta would not change the story at all, if anything he's probably going to be babysit in the butterfly mansion Hanako wouldn't change to much either, she would most likely help around the butterfly mansion but nothing special other then mabye the rehabilitation arc but nothing else. Kei while unlikely to leave her children but if she did and survived, she would be massive help for tamayo especially with her knowledge of the blue spider lily. Finally is Takeo, honestly I think he's the only other member to be great at combat and his care towards tanjiro and nezuko would motivate him to battle with them
