There is a problem with this theory, as the only reason Anakin didn’t betray Palpatine sooner (like after Mace Windu died and before Order 66) was because he still had to learn from him how to keep Padme from dying during childbirth. He hasn’t learned that yet. So even if he beat Kenobi, he still needs Palpatine’s help in assuring that Padme doesn’t die in childbirth. If Padme lived, then Anakin would have eventually overthrown Palpatine when he least expects, as he mentioned to Padme before he choked her. If Padme died, however, then an intense duel would have broken out between them in the OR, and who know who would have won… it would be interesting.

I remember thinking it was cool and would have been what happened if he had beat Kenobi, but as I aged and watched the prequels multiple times, I’d say about 10 years after I played the game, I realized that theory is flawed since Anakin needed to save Padme before betraying Palps, which wouldn’t have happened on Mustafar.

In the Prequels, he had an inclination that Palps was bullshitting him and he was right. So it makes sense that he would just go for the kill and at least get to rule the galaxy for all that he has done

@@hamstey1603 I get that, and I believe he has that inclination too, but nowhere in RotS does explicitly say he thought that. Whether he did or not, I believe his main priority wasn’t ruling the galaxy, but was saving Padme’s life - even if that meant risking letting the Emperor live for a few days-weeks while he learned the Dark Side technique to save her during childbirth. Once he learned it, he could have killed Palps, but probably not in time before childbirth since she was VERY pregnant at that time. Anakin had a lot of research to do, and killing Palpatine, risking his own life in the process, wasn’t on his immediate radar. It wouldn’t have been until after that, whether she actually died or not, until he would have betrayed him.

But you are forgetting ONE important thing. That was Anakin's goal NOT the dark side's GOAL. The dark side demands the number 2 destroys the number 1 especially if he can. If that was the right moment then the power of the dark side would sway Anakin to do just that.

Good references on the Plagueis novel. The dark side whispering, everyone will spot. Also when Palpatine felt Vader was in danger and was wrong, sensing his own death, that is exactly what happened to Plagueis's master Tenebrous. Good catch.

I love this idea! And the fact that Anakin truly loved Luke and Leia would be interesting in that they would succeed him, not overthrow him, especially given the Chiss/Empire alliance. It would be very interesting indeed to see Anakin's Empire and how he grew both as a person and a leader in a full series somehow!

I love how compared to Palpatine Anakin is a "Tough But Fair" Emperor, he comes across a lot like Emperor Fel really thinking about it. I really do wonder if Emperor Anakin/Vader in this AU ever did or will have any regrets about slaughtering the Jedi given that, like his official counterpart, he's not fully evil.

Well Anakin/Vader isn't really evil or good, he's supposed to be balanced and have both. So I kinda view him as lawful neutral in RPG aspects. If he eradicated the Jedi and the Sith, he could perhaps create a new order that studies and observes the force as one whole rather than two halves. At least that's my thoughts on him not being minced and seared, and defeating Palpatine at a much earlier stage.

Had she lived, Padme being the most influential Senator, or practically the lead senator/stand-in Empress, with Anakin being the main figurehead of the Empire (well, not a useless figurehead, just the face and strength of it, Padme and the new Senate will handle the politics). The Skywalker lineage rules the Galaxy and establishes balance, fulfilling the Chosen One Prophecy. The Chosen One and his OP bloodline. That said, with her dead, he'd need to ensure that his Senate is solid, and ideally he'd keep Mon Mothma, Bail Organa, etc as his highest standing politicians. 5:43 (Also, maybe Anakin would just.... let Yoda live in peace and exile. No need to kill the old man 😅) And 6:14 is also kinda wild... would he still kill Ahsoka? Who's not even a Jedi at this point?

Padme would survive her labour though as she only died because Palpatine used the dark side to transfer her life force into Anakin to keep him alive long enough to survive his surgery, much like The Daughter transferring her life force to Ahsoka on Mortis.

This is an excellent video, Mr. Fantasy Folklore. Anakin becoming Emperor of the Galaxy is way better with Anakin's full potential, and allowing the Senate to be intact but only answering to the Emperor, is a unique concept to explore. The Inquistriorous expanded into a legion of Siths, what Palpatine could have dreamed but wouldn't risk being overthrown. This has got to be the best Star Wars fanfiction story you made and a terrific masterpiece, no matter what happens and what anybody says. Always stay positive, never see who you are, and always believe in yourself. May the force be with you, and you, my friend, are fantastic, and don't forget about it! Also, please make this a part two and possibly a trilogy series. For this masterpiece to be so good, instead of ending, I love to see what happens next and a fight between Anakin and Kryat.

”What if Palpatine loved Darth Maul as a son” I just thought about that and I think it would be interesting. So after Obiwan ”kills” Maul, Palpatine gets so angry(do what you want with that info). Palpatine then starts to get close to Anakin and tries to replace Maul, but then when Palpatine hears of Mauls return he quickly try to offer Maul his place as an apprentice back. I actually thinks this would be interesting. 👀

Ugh! I always love seeing your stories with Anakin being at his full potential, be it Light or Dark! Now I really want to see Emperor Anakin vs. Yoda! The closest thing to that would have been Battlefront 4, where there was a mission on Naboo where Anakin had joined Palpatine and Mace Windu and Yoda were the only Jedi left. Padme had her kids and all and were hiding on Naboo, but they were attacked by the Empire.

@leonh.5900 Battlefront 4 is just as it sounds. There would've been a Battlefront 4 game and in it, there was a lot of concept art for alternative realities and What-If scenarios/missions. There's concept art of many Jedi characters if they were Sith and Sith being Jedi. There's Emperor Anakin, Dark Side Mace Windu, Dark Side Obi-Wan, Dark Side Luke and Leia, Jedi Dooku, Jedi Leia, Jedi Maul, Kaleesh Grievous... look it up.

I think if Padme sided with him in that moment on mustafar then Obiwan would have stood down. If she had stayed conscious/ not been choked then the chain of events leading to Anakin's fall into despair and hate and to Vader would never have been complete.

The Moment his(Anakin) wife didn't stand with him when he TOLD HER he could beat the Emperor and was stronger than him. Anakin at that moment in my EYES lost all chance/hope in HIS own plans to take over because lets not forget the reason why he said he doing this for HER , BUT he (Anakin) was to blinded by the darkside or seduce by it to see that. just my Opinion

6:15 in this "What If" I don't think he would have killed Asoka. She ether would double down and be to hard to find thanks to the daughter and the force ghosts of the other Jedi or Vader would capture her and try to turn her and I think once snips see's he been looking after the twins I think she would, well at lest play along in order to keep the kids from being turned completely to the dark side. Part 2. When Anakin lost Padme, it took years before he decided to bed with many women in the galaxy. And deciding his new imperial dynasty should rule all of the galaxy. For hundred or thousands of years. Not just Luke and Leia should rule after him. But competition must innovate the empire. And having many half siblings would make Luke and Leias lives harder and challenging. Analogous to how big a galaxy should be when it comes to ruling. And these half siblings would learn from Anakins personal Jedi academy. Learning light and dark side. Even learn to conquer new galaxies. Hoping the force goes beyond their galaxy. Because they may need to know more. Anakin becomes an old man and that sooner or later. He will be one with the force. No one dies. They move on. He faces one more rebellion. Later realize that it’s led by a bastard child of his. But he shown that the bastard was as powerful as he once was when he joined the Jedi with Obi Wan. Even force level in his teenage age was more powerful than he was. This rebel child would soon escape and realized that he doomed the galaxy and would escape to the new galaxy. Luke or Leia would have to rule the galaxy together. Maybe Luke let’s Leia rule the galaxy as a figurehead. But he would do all the governing. As well as have the half siblings to rule their sectors. Well a few capable people. The rest would have to work as inquisitors. The dynasty continues running the galaxy as usual. But this can create a splinter empire inbedded within. Darth krayt will rise. And the rebel son settled in the Milky Way galaxy. Realizing in one vision, the Skywalker empire will expand their galactic empire territory into the Milky Way galaxy and this will get our galaxy into massive trouble. And warns all the governments and empires of the Milky Way.

Part 3. Darth krayts empire rises. And they give the Skywalker empire a challenge. They were made of rebels who oppose the current galactic empire. As well as leading the newly formed rebel alliance. Their alliance expands beyond their galaxy. The Milky Way were warned of the Skywalker empire. But had the child arrested for regicide charges. But the united federation of planets decided if this rebel son warned the galaxy of the Skywalker empire and knows the inside and maybe stop the empire from entering Milky Way space, the son would be pardoned and would allow to earn Milky Way citizenship. They form their rebel alliance against the Skywalker empire. Darth krayts representatives come to the Milky Way galaxy and convince to align with him and maybe they would not conquer their space after they overthrow the Skywalker empire. Thus the new extra galactic war begun. It’s rebel alliance and Milky Way galaxy against the Skywalker empire. For years the war between two galaxies really made scars to the universe that it even had the aura of the wills. Space angels inhabiting the universe. Seeing what’s wrong with the universe. This helps to form a third party who opposes the rule of the Milky Way and Skywalker empires. And they decide to conquer both parties. Ending the wars once and for all. And this one was lead by a child of Palpatine and Skywalker. Rey. A royal child who saw the empire as something made by earlier beings. In this case Anakin. But rather than govern an existing empire. Instead she wants to create her own empire and witnesses the warring galaxies and decides to seize the opportunity to rule the universe with starting with two galaxies. And thus she gains alliances from both galaxies and form her own galactic alliance. And she conquers those survival and more powerful. And willing. They strike where they hunger and enrich the most and then aid those who are tired of both empires. And thus destroying the old Skywalker empire and starting a new skywalker dynasty under Rey and under two galaxies to rule over. And thus she rules the galaxy. The big twist here. The rebel son that killed anakin was the older brother of Rey. He asks rey to end his life. In his will to not let his followers take vengeance if he were to die. Vengeance leads to misery and suffering. And does it to end their war. Rey comes out victorious and a pax Skywalker era begins.

Part 4: after the pax Skywalker era began. Before Rey began her new era, her brother told her to forgive the Jedi for their past sins. That they were all blood of the Jedi. Light and dark side users are Jedi. That they belong to a race of force users regardless of sentient race. That if anything goes, that we must raise an army of Jedi because something bigger will raise. Something more powerful than the Yuuzhan Vong. The new era has created a extra galactic empire in which even earth submitted to the new empire and thus become the new galactic empire of Asimov. And the new capital is Trantor. A new coruscant planet that is between Milky Way and Star Wars galaxy. And they expanded the empire to a few galaxies. And the rule lasted 2000 years and people worship Anakin Skywalker as he was god to these people. This acts as the foundation of the pax Skywalker era. After eliminating the opposing Vong and soon pacification of the organic alien race. A new threat has risen to the universe and this is something outside the known verse.

I've heard of anakin having a sister but never being a girl, if this scenario is taken on whomever does it can't just gender swap Anakin, female Anakin needs to have other qualities, I can't imagine growing up female as a slave would've been the same as a male slave, regardless of Whatto being her master plus treatment of female Jedi might be the same within the order itself but dealing with sleemo's whether criminal or corrupt arrogant officials hitting on female Anakin would probably change her perspective. I'm all for it but wanna see it done right, meaning regardless of the creator a female perspective is needed
