Dam that was 1 of the best star wars what if videos I ever saw, unfortunately they took too long to kill Sidius Luke and Leya are what 14-15 already that means the empire was in place for 15 years before he found them, just like they had time to prepare Sidius probably already found a new apprentice and got the inquisitors going, he was probably able to kill a few surviving Jedi already.
