Yeah, Titan TVman would Low Diff TCM with feats shown, specially withstand Juggernaut's Cannon energy within his body as we can see the shot's energy running through his torso before throwing it back to Juggernaut, and said energy is calculated to be 4.4 times stronger than ST 65's Kamikaze attack, and yet Titan TVman's Sword can pierce his own arm and Juggernaut's Toilet (This one only if it's a stab move rather than swinging the Sword).

@@MVPLIKEUS The issue would be the Durability, we've seen how Titan Cameraman never was capable of being hurt by G-Toilet's Lasers, but one shot from Destructor and his Core Energy was leaking through his body and with his core protection falling off from his chest, so they would need an alloy like samples from Obliterador (Who can withstand harmless 3 missiles with 32 Barrels of Acid each one of them and Superman Toilet point-blank who is bigger than the Ep 65 Kamikaze Toilet) or Destructor to make an armor like the one seen in Monster Up to not rebuild an entire body for Titan Cameraman.

Also Titan Cameraman's leg got vaporized by a Kamikaze the size of his shinbone, and the Kamikaze of the Ep 65 impacted infront of him being 1/3 of his size and caused some severe damage on his Cameras, Turrets, Jetpack and Arm, while Obliterator Astro took 3 Missiles with 32 Barrels each, and Superman Toilet is 1/2 of Obliterator's height who equals TCM and TTVM in height and despite of being bigger than the one in Episode 65, Obliterator took it point-blank harmless and the only damaged thing was his Levitation Energy Cell.

So the longest Titan Cameraman's Core Blast is 5.5 Kilotons since he vaporized G-Clone's head in 184 frames (7.7 seconds). The Kamikaze Attack destroyed Titan Cameraman's Hammer with an output of 6.03 Kilotons which means Titan Cameraman's Hammer consistently is around 2.01 to 3.01 Kilotons. In Episode 68, Titan TVman's Short Burst takes 5 frames to completely come out of his Core, so in 5 frames or 0.2 seconds he did like 1/3 of what Titan Cameraman did to a comparable G-Clone, which means his Core in 0.2 seconds can cause 1.83 Kilotons. Mech Scientist's face got obliterated in 60 frames / 2.5 seconds which means Titan TVman's Core Blast in 2.5 seconds is 22.05 Kilotons; the entire Core Blast took 150 frames / 6.25 seconds, which means his Core Blast for 6.25 seconds is 55.12 Kilotons. This would make Juggernaut's Cannon 55.12 Kilotons too, since when Titan TVman grabbed it with Detainer Claw, it's energy is seen running through Titan TVman's body, which proves that despite his TVs aren't as durable, his torso is a BEAST in Durability, and since Titan TVman's Sword can pierce his own arm and Juggernaut's Toilet when using a Stab Move like when Titan TVman gets it's sword back from Detainer Astro Toilet and when he rushes against Juggernaut, then his Sword would have the highest Attack Potency in the series if it's stabbed, and comparable to it's Core for 6.25 seconds if it's swung since by swinging it can't pierce Juggernaut's Toilet like TTVM did when stabbed it.
