I never really review these fics because they never are really well made but this one is paced really well, has great choreography, some damn good story, and most likely in the future will have an amazing continuation. One of the few fan fics that I would consider to be on manga level writing. 9/10 with only a few issues that are just nitpicks

The ending stopped before the end of the chapter and the next part skips it so here it is from the end of chapter 23: The portal itself had to stay connected to the man's body, meaning all the portals were technically a part of him like hair. Why he didn't just teleport any attacks that would hit him straight through was beyond him. That was probably why the man picked him. This Kurogiri with a powerful quirk but no experience was the perfect match for the quirkless gimp who had nothing but experience. But, it gave him an idea or two. This was going to be easier than he thought. "You know how to hide, don't you?" He changed back into his uniform, then searching for the torn-off buttons. They must have fallen off when he hurriedly tore off his middle school jacket. "Yes, I can do that at least." Midoriya picked up the last of them, looking them over as he started on his way home. "Can you fight?" It was uncanny how cold his voice could sound. He was walking over where he drove a pin into Mau's heart without a flicker of remorse. Kurogiri wasn't sure he was ready for someone so cold. Even the most important kills would be done with no grandiose, just like a certain someone from the past... It was no wonder master tried to get him on his side. "...No, not at the level you want." The boy shrugged, not bothered. "Eh. You can learn." The boy didn't seem to care, unlike the child he usually watched. It was like their ages were swapped. "We're going to my home, and I didn't promise you'd make it home alive. But you didn't either, and I have to sleep. Let's agree not to do anything to each other that's harmful, one month. After that, we can come to a new agreement." He was as much a businessman as his master. Kurogiri just nodded. "The hide. I'll open the window so you can come inside, fifth floor third from the right." He advanced, his cold disposition disappearing, replaced by a soft smile fitting the child he was supposed to be. Kurogiri broke off, watching him approach his apartment complex as people scorned him all the way. He teleported away, arriving at the forest he had first met the boy at, and soon saw a window open. He warped in, seeing a very, very hero-centric room. No one who saw this would assume this was a man who tried to throw a knife at the throat of the number one villain in the world and nearly gutted two people with a somber expression. He was talking to his mother, an alright parental figure. Not standout, but for her son, she was quite exemplary. Her husband- well, the less mentioned about that landmine, the better. Especially in front of the man who nearly killed Kurogiri with a throwing knife. "You and I are going to go through tomorrow normally. I go to school, you keep an eye on me. But after school?" The vigilante laughed, shedding his disguise of a schoolboy. "Tomorrow we go hunting."
