What If CELL MAX Reached His Perfect Form?

If Cell Max was finished he would actually be as good as the Gammas, since him being finished he would have the program that doctor Hedo created installed in him. So sadly there wouldn’t be any fight like this, but he would be a good addition to the super powerful members of the team. Especially since by the time he is released, Gohan’s groups and Dr. Hedo’s group would already have become Allie’s against the Red Ribbon army.

Not tryna be the nerd but this wouldn’t happen since cell max was complete just they didn’t finish his brain so he was fight off instinct and didn’t know he could make clones and that he had a weak point
