Not really,if a civil war would happen, Tibet would be a rebellion.uyghurs will also be a rebellion aswell as Manchuria and inner Mongolia too.asswell as a joint operation of Taiwan and hongkong/Macau area as the democratic rebellion.tibet, Xinjiang, Manchuria and inner Mongolia were lands forcefully taken and the people rebelled,do that's how the actual civil war would look like I guess

Wouldn't say any of central Asia would join against the China with the fact that Central Asia is currently heavily influenced and under the Chinese Sphere, not only that Dongbei would likely not rebel with, not to mention the fact that if a "republican uprising happened, the KMT would be sidelined in favor of a different party, as their incompetency in the 1949 Civil war shows and Taiwan would most likely not be able to assume control.

Mostly accurate. However, manchuria has been majority Han chinese for many decades now. So there aren’t any ethnic tensions between them. Manchuria is not likely to rebel against the central government.
