In canon building of the Death Star's began basically right after the 1st battle of Geonosis. The justification being the plan which the clones got from Poggle's computers which made the Republic think that the CIS was building it so the Republic had to as well. I was actually expecting for it to come out that Chopper had intentionally deleted R2's memory... But perhaps had kept a back up of it...Then felt bad about it later, so he "Set things right"... I still like how it came out though, regardless...

This is great "what if", the only sad part is, that the episodes 1 - 6 are actually told by R2 - D2 - the only witness of all this years of history of the Skywalker's family ( and not just them). R2 - D2 is the on that keep the memories of those events.

I have to say it this is my new favorite video, also I really think this one deserves a part 2
