It’s a numbers game for them and they care about bringing new people in more than they do about their content or the fans who wait months between episodes (in many cases). Frankly, I’m disappointed that many series on this channel that I watched have long been unfinished and forgotten. It’s a joke.

Also, Deku's quirk in this AU reminds me of the CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (googled the full form)) gene editing. It really is a thing in real life. CRISPR gene editing is used to edit genomes of organisms, significantly changing them. It can be used to cure cancers and stuff. So, I think Deku's quirk can be called as CRISPR.
