Izuku's bullying was perpetrated by Bakugo's concern for him. Bakugo wanted to Kill Izuku's Dream for heroics so he convinced his classmates to help him Bully him.

There's just too much back to back dumb 4 me 😅 1) he still experiences quirkless bullying like canon when he has a visible quirk 2) no one can see the use in his overpowered battery ability 3)inko keeps the death of her husband from their son, somehow thinking letting him believe his dad abandoned him is better 4) Inko been accepting the money he sent all these years for bills and living expenses etc after he left but now that he's dead she refuses the wealth he left her? 🙄 what you WANNA struggle financially 😒 5) Mei accuses Izuku of stealing something that doesn't even belong to her and with no proof that it wasn’t already his...and everybody rolls with the terms she uses despite being confused and there being no theft 6) Inko insists no harm was done which tells me she paid no attention to the fact he was attack b4 coming home or the fact the girl tried to attack him again in the interrogation room in front of her 7) Inko somehow thinks using this incident against Izuku will help force him to go out and be more social when the whole thing happened BCUZ he went outside 8) Mei's parents disturbingly admitted that their daughter would keep stalking him so he may as well interact with her voluntarily...within a police station when she was in danger of being charged for stalking the same boy already...and nobody had a problem with that. In other situations that would be a threat 9) inko thinking a teenage girl not "knowing any better" when it comes to purposely stalking a person with hostile intentions is W i l d And those are just the biggest dumb things that stuck out the most to me

Going to comment that JimDA1000, but you beat me to it. Yeah in Electric Heart Izuku can't discharge his electricity like Kaminari can. It's pointed out a lot in the beginning in the author notes that these posts don't have. It was done to differentiate Izuku from Kaminari. But also from other stories, as many stories that have Izuku become Iron Man, have him be able to discharge or he's quirkless and builds an Arc reactor. In Electric Heart the Arc reactor doesn't produce it's only electricity its simply a way to syphon off Izuku's bioelectricity and power his suit. -D3MIart

I’m confused who is guyzon and why does gravity girl have all for one And why does Izuku need an arc reactor? When that’s what his quirk does anyway Gravity quirk and all for one she could accidentally kill herself if she turns off her gravity and uses all for one I don’t know. I’m confused.

Yes and No. While Izuku does get many of his father's resources, IE; Jabisu. It's explained that many of the files stored within Classroom 6-G were stolen during the break-in that let to the USJ. So while Izuku might be able to recover some the files that weren't completely corrupted, he hasn't been alright given everything. It's not like he'll find all the blueprint to the different versions of the Iron Man suits. Many of them will designed by Izuku, while he might implement a blueprint from his father. -D3MIart
