According to Itachi (and a retcon) Uchiha can use izanagi with the base sharingun. Because izunami was made to punish those who abuse izanagi. Which is very dumb as a normal Uchiha can only use it once per fight if they keep taking the eyes of more Uchiha to implant, to loop around the cost.

If you want to do another dark mha what if then what if deku was a death godslayer (to explain basically imagine if the fairy tail anime had a godslayer version of death magic) how the story goes is when deku was born both of his parents died (his father died trying to stop a criminal and his mom died giving birth to deku) bakugo still made deku get bullied for not having a quirk (but worse than in the anime because deku doesn't have parents and deku can't talk about it to anyone) when deku was around 7 or 8 Hades and Persephone (from Greek mythology) decided that because deku was being treated so bad they decided to adopt deku so they can help deku Hades decided to teach deku death godslayer magic shadow magic and fire magic and Persephone helped deku learn to speak to plants and certain animals (you decide if Persephone helps deku learn more powers) a few years went by and deku wants to become a hero so Persephone and Hades decide to go to earth for a while with deku so he can go to mha and become a hero
