If Izuku Midoriya (Deku) was born with One For All there would be no reason to worry seeing as how "Deku" had many scenes as a kid fantasizing of being a hero having almost no doubt he will/may become a hero but the original "All For One" was alredy out of Izuku's life and having no sign of coming back so there Izuku will have no idea his ability was created to be a "villain's quirk" so he will not be a villain and if the concept of the story stays the same as the original but with one slight/massive change if thats the case he would have two of the most powerful qrirks in the whole story seeing as how he has obtained the quirk "One For All" he will be the "no.1 hero" and as the story goes on he will be known as the "nerdy quirkless loser" to bakugou "Kacchan" but others with see him as "the most heroic classmate" or as a "normal classmate" goin on with the original concept but with "All For One". all done there might be many errors in my passage but i hoped you enjoyed my theory.
