I think this works with deku because the diseases main cause is stress, something Deku had a torrent of in his Middle School days having to deal with Bakugo, bullies and with the fact he has no quirk, becoming weak,slow and overly stressed of the next day. 'Useless' had sadly consumed his identity. Appearance: Deku would have the typical pale skin of KNY demons. His eyes black with snake-like pupils in seaweed green irises. Thorn tatoos would envelop his right cheek and shrivel down to the shoulder Bakugo steamed up to his arm, like the blast 'decayed' his nerves. Some of these thorns would spike out of the tatoos looking like dark wood splintered his dekus left shoulder. He would wear a red kimono with a golden strap like this -->👘 comprised with black hakama pants and black airforces. Blood demon art: The art usually preludes to their personality or past life dang this is a tough one 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 How about *Raifusuri* the life tree in japanease where deku would sprout black branches around his body, used as environmental damage, body armour and if someone is stabbed, Deku can drain their quirks energy and absorb it which is his 🖕to those who view their quirks and themselves as Godsend *ahem* 'Bakugo' he can also give that energy to others. *If confused think of Quirk energy as stamina, the quirks power will weaken until its unusable. Deku views them as the best kind of quirk users 'People who were discriminated, viewed as weaker and relied on more than their quirk'* Story: OK here's the 🍖 and 🥔 of a what if. This time I have more freedom as I cant just make Dekus dad a demon cause we need a 'Why do demons exist?' So here we go! The demons in this universe are a abomination of multiple quirks made by all for one and the doctor, whom experimented on *Micheal Jackson* comprised of the quirks: *blood manipulation, skeletal manipulation, hyper regeneration and genetic manipulation* however Muzan escapes becoming the Demonic Villain Muzan. During his long reign, he makes demons to work for him whom heros deemed as brainwashed minions like a zombie quirk. Now we cut to Deku, being attacked by the sludge villain but unlike the original, All Might was busy fighting some demons as they are priority #1 however, Deku feels a rage inside him "I...I was born for nothing! My whole life has just been misery after misery with no luck at all! If I had a quirk I would....no...this world just isn't fair. Sorry mom...i dont think im gonna make it for dinner..." suddenly a blinding light blasts the sludge away and Izuku can feel a large cut on his shoulder. He gets up looking around but all he sees is the Sludge villain quaking in his slime as he retreats "NO NO NOT U S-STAY AWAYYY!"Confused, Deku was about to find his saviour until he collapses due to the demonic power taking effect. He wakes up still on the floor, and sees All Might finally coming to him and before he fanboys, he is knocked out by him thinking he is another mindless demon and soon wakes up in a interrogation cell Now we can go 2 ways here, rather Deku is like Nezuko and his love for his mother and admiration of all might prevents the connection to Muzan and convinces the officers that he is good. Or the evil route where the control works and Deku realises that the world will never take his side and with further disappointment from All Might, he breaks and uses *Raifusuri* to escape joining Muzan in his plans. Pick ur route guys! Relationships: For friendships in 1-A, I think Tokoyami, Shoji and Hagakure would be friends with him due to their feelings of being left out or their dark/creepy quirks. Enemies: He despises Bakugo here and will attempt to make his life hell there Ship: Il go for DekuxTsuyu since there are 0 what ifs with this ship which is CRAZY Tsu best girl in my opinion and they match well here. Deku like ppl with mutant quirks because of what I said before and admires their power and kindness while Tsuyu has been canonically accepting of ppl with 'odd quirks' like Habuko in that OVA and seems to keep her emotions in like Deku in the past and he can relate to that and help her learn that it's OK to show ur emotions as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. Come on Xeth my boi give us the first TsuDeku ship for a what if. Anyway that's it. I really enjoyed making this one more than my others so I hope u liked the concept men peace! ✌️

What you said is correct. However, if izuku was born as granolah or rather granolah was reborn as izuku in his verse, then how did he get access to dragon balls? Now if you mean thay he is reborn with all of granolah's powers then that would mean he would be flicking every villain to death. Now we can truly ask, "Can goku beat him tho?" considering how pui goku was struggling against granolah even when he was using a 50% dummy of his own. He would just be a fking god along with his one for all, if he even got it in the 1st place. No anime protag would be able to touch this dude at this point.
