After seeing you play here I went there on Steam to test the game and at first I did a crazy build with dash that simply eliminated everything, and with a shield that went from 2k to 10k haha, great game, I'll wait to launch it and buy it.

I expect the problem is one I seen in other games that is wit a frame rate limit in options set to unlimited the game tell the graphic card to render as many frames per second as it can and so start to heat up until overheat protection kicks in.
