Note that for if you ever get softlocked due to one player being stuck in a wall while the other is bubbled, you can tap the bubbled player on the Gamepad to pop them.

@@UltimateNameYT You do realize that Cemu, the emulator that they're probably using, has the ability to emulate the gamepad? It's still running on PC, I never disputed that. It creates a separate window that can act as a gamepad, with your mouse standing in as your finger/stylus.

1:36 You can actually pick up Koopa Shells like this in NSMBWii (and presumably NSMBU) without mods. I think this is listed on some trivia websites/KZbin videos and I was able to pull it off once. My guess is that the timing is very precise.

Its not. If the koopa is in its shell you can pick it up like a pow block by shaking the wii remote.

The timer actually stopped when you picked up Toad coming out of the red pipe. It was at 40 seconds until Toad did that “pathfinding roll” through the air. No idea if that’s useful, but it’s interesting for sure!

For the auto bubble, if player A goes into a pipe canon, but player B doesn't, player B gets auto bubbled. I have no idea Why you got auto bubbled, maybe It's if you move out of the screen fast.

In Coin Battle and the other 2 Modes Player 1 gets to pick their character as in those Modes they can not be permanently stuck as Mario this time around in New Super Mario Bros. U not only that but in those Modes you also have a Option to Play as a Mii! It’s only in Main Story Mode Player 1 has to be Stuck as Mario. In Main Story Mode for New Super Luigi U, Player 1 is Permanently Stuck as Luigi instead of Mario also in Luigi U you can get to play as Nabbit.

I hope you find this tip useful if you wanna change Player 1, the simplest option to use Coin Battle. It’s almost the same as Story Mode except in Coin Battle you have infinite lives and lose coins for dying.

Other ideas for mods: -Chaos Version of any Bros Game where random effects (reverse control, coin rain, boo spawn,...) are triggered every few seconds (like Chaos Mario 64) -You can drag players, enemies and objects around using the touchscreen (kinda like in SMM level building). This could even be a fun asymmetrical versus mode -Shadow clones like in SMG -A Versus mode sikilar to NSMB DS, where you collect stars in levels
