Another reason to not have the One Punch dragon have wings on its arms: the wings should (and do) suggest One Punch Man's cape. And don't beat yourself up too much about the Naruto dragon, I think it ends up kind of looking like a bat and since you get bats called Flying Foxes, it works.

On the subject of dragons, you could try pulling from lore, mythology, and fairytales. For example, the Lampton Worm (a dragon from English lore that actually has an atypical body design and unique ability to grow its segments back together when cut) and the Vritra (serpent-like demonic dragon from Vedic and Hindu mythology that is described as being so massive it can coil itself around mountains and a hunger so ravenous it is trying to consume the heavens). As I said, those two are very odd dragons in world mythology, and they really deserve more attention in the public space nowadays than they have gotten so far.

There is also a myth of a rogue bloodthirsty saiyagon that is more muscular and has green spikes and reportedly in cave drawings seem to have transformation akin to that of the (hulk dragon I forgot the name) and was stopped by a thousand saiyagons but many did not survive and according to other myths he survived but was defeated by a saiyagon hybrid between a saiyagon and a (superman dragon I also forgot the name) which defeated him and there are even tellings of wizards that recreated him as their weapon but he turned into an abomination like the (hedorah dragon) and were killed by him but once again stopped for good by the saiyagon hybrid tho some myths said he was peaceful until a baby cried better to not listen to those kind of myths
